Share of voice and competitors
The metric
Section titled “The metric”For each answer, every tracked brand (yours and your competitors) gets a weighted mention mass: the sum of 1/position over its mentions. Share of voice is your mass over everyone’s:
share_of_voice = 100 × your weighted mentions / all tracked brands' weighted mentionsOnly tracked brands are in the denominator, so it answers “among the brands I compete with, how much of the recommendation do I get?” — not “how much of the whole market”.
Competitors
Section titled “Competitors”Add up to 5 / 10 / 25 competitors per project (Plans), each with its own aliases. The dashboard ranks them by share of voice and shows every brand’s per-assistant index side by side, so you can see which assistant favours whom.
Brands you did not know you had
Section titled “Brands you did not know you had”Recommended brands that match no tracked profile are kept as unmatched mentions. The “Brands appearing in your market” card ranks them by frequency, with a one-click +Track — the product gets smarter the longer it runs, because the assistants themselves tell you who your competition is in their eyes.
Framing
Section titled “Framing”Every mention carries a framing — positive, neutral or negative — and a short qualifier when the answer gives one (“budget option”, “best overall”, “declining”). Position says where you rank; framing says how you are described. Filter the mention drill-down by framing to find answers that damn with faint praise.
